These terms and conditions will apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from the KID VANILLA site. By placing an order you are indicating your acceptance of these terms and conditions, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your purchase and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the ordered goods. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
In submitting a completed online order form, the customer enters a binding agreement to a completed sales contract, that is, a contract for labour and materials. In the case that this offer is taken, KID VANILLA will send the customer an order confirmation via email.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Ordered goods will be shipped within 3 days. Shipments should arrive at the latest within 28 days but we will do our best to delivery them promptly!
KID VANILLA cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged once despatched. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays or forces beyond our control. If shipment is not received within three weeks of the order being placed, the customer is entitled to the right of return. This must be exercised immediately in writing.
The customer is responsible for paying the estimated shipping cost. The shipping cost will vary according to weight and delivery destination of the ordered items and will be calculated through the buying process. Be sure we look for the most reliable and economic solution for the shipment of your order and that we make no profit on postage costs!
International orders are subject to the custom fees charged by the destination’s government. KID VANILLA has no control or responsibility over any charges that may be applied by the destination country.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
A product may be exchanged or reimbursed if it is sent back without any damage, without having been worn, in its original packaging within a period of 14 days (21 for international orders). Please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund or exchange. Returns or exchanges made without prior notification may not be processed. The return is at the responsibility and expense of the customer. We recommend that you send the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of customer. Your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the original purchase. Re-delivery costs will have to be charged again, to the same card you used to make the original purchase. Postal charges will always be advised to you before we proceed.
Passed that period of 7 days, the products will be considered as in compliance with your order thus accepted by you.
Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please clarify any doubts about sizing before ordering by referring to the size guide or by e-mailing us.

All prices are as stated, in euros and vat inclusive. KID VANILLA reserves the right to amend prices on the site at any time.
KID VANILLA reserves the right to use a third party to handle the transfer of payments. In case of payment delay, KID VANILLA can employ a debt collecting agency and transfer all necessary personal data for the payment to be processed. In the case that a third party is employed for the payment process, the payment process is completed only when the payment as stipulated by the third party is paid in full, so that the third party can then transfer this money without reservations to KID VANILLA
In the case of a return shipment due to damages or quality defects, KID VANILLA will pay all shipping costs. The customer is required to use a shipping method that does not include unnecessary shipping costs. Either the shipping costs will be reimbursed after the fact or will be transferred in advance as requested by the customer. The customer has a claim to this guarantee of goods. If the customer is a business, it is incumbent on the business to immediately check the goods and contact KID VANILLA if there are any problems with the goods. So long that the business does not contact KID VANILLA, the goods are considered checked and without problems.

These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of german juridiction and by using this website you agree to submit to the exclusive competence of the german juridiction.
